Accessories
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-PPE (personal protective equipment) accessories. To be eligible, customers must submit a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Apparel
All apparel is made-to-order using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing and is considered final sale. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for apparel unless the item meets the criteria below:
- Orders that were received in error (e.g., wrong item or size)
- Apparel that arrives defective due to design placement discrepancies greater than 2"
If you believe your item qualifies for a return due to a defect or an order error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the item along with a clear description of the issue. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are unable to process returns for fit, style, or color preference. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. At that point, our return policy will apply.
