Locations

At this time, we ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. While we do not currently offer sitewide international shipping, we’re always happy to accommodate where we can. If you’re located outside of these regions and are interested in placing an order, please reach out via our contact form — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

 

Shipping Options

We currently offer standard shipping on all orders. Expedited options are not available at this time, but we’re working toward expanding our fulfillment capabilities in the future.

 

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period between placing your order and the order being fulfilled (i.e., leaving our warehouse). Orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to process. Please note that this timeline may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen delays.

 

Delivery Time

Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via standard delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks depending on your location. Please be advised that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier service, location, and external factors.

 

Tracking

Tracking details are automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking information to appear in your inbox. If you do not receive tracking after this window, feel free to contact us for an update on your order status.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your shipment is missing, arrives damaged, or has missing contents, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. Here’s how:

  • Check USPS’s filing window based on the original mailing date
  • Gather relevant documentation (order confirmation, photos of damage, etc.)
  • Submit a claim at USPS.com or via mail

While we are unable to reimburse for lost or damaged packages, we’re happy to help guide you through the claims process or answer any questions.

Please allow additional time for your order during peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or in the event of supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
